Beauty in Failure

If you don't already think I am crazy, you probably will at this point. And quite frankly I can't quite blame you. Most people would never cease to dream to put beauty and failure in the same sentence, as there is a tremendous juxtaposition. I was in that same exact place a year ago, but have decided up to now that failure is an amazing thing after all. I owe that all to the many failures I have had this year. The many moments that have pushed me to the breaking point, and have brought me to want to just give up. But, for every failure I have gone through this year, I have grown to be more passionate; and driven than prior.

I am a person who thrives on intensity. I quite honestly tend to get bored with myself if I am comfortable. I hate being comfortable, which causes many of these moments of failure. I decided to take all college classes at Northern Kentucky University my senior year of high school, and it has been hell at times. I have gone through trials where it feels as if I am working towards something with all of me, and the result doesn't match the work I have put in. But, out of all these moments of trial comes a me that is stronger, and even more passionate in achieving the goal. You will fail, you will want to give up, you will want to take the easy way out. But, that is not okay. It is not acceptable. Don't take the easy road, take the road that challenges you. That causes you to be brave each and every day. Take the road that takes you to your breaking point, and causes you to get back up. Be crazy passionate, and achieve what people defy as impossible. Your failures ignite your greatest moments. They are beautiful. If you aren't failing, then quite honestly you aren't trying hard enough. Failing is okay. It is acceptable. It is beautiful.

"I have been absolutely terrified every moment of my life and I've never let it keep me from doing a single thing I wanted to do."
